We understand that work and family commitments can make daytime meetings difficult. We offer early morning appointments from 8:00 and evening appointments until 19:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Saturday morning slots are also available by arrangement. Virtual meetings provide additional flexibility if an in-person visit is impractical.

For a general discussion, you don't need to bring anything—just come ready to talk about your situation and goals. If you have specific documents such as pension statements, investment portfolios, or tax returns that are relevant to your enquiry, bringing copies can be helpful but isn't essential for the first meeting.

Yes. We use secure video conferencing for clients who prefer remote meetings or can't easily travel to our office. The quality of advice remains the same—we've found virtual meetings work very well for ongoing reviews and discussions. Some clients prefer an in-person first meeting followed by virtual reviews.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day. During busy periods, it may occasionally take up to two days. Existing clients on our Premium advisory package receive same-day responses. If your matter is urgent, please indicate this in your email and we'll prioritise accordingly.
